Bringing together industry leaders, developers, founders, and future builders, the event offers an exciting space for keynote sessions, hands-on workshops, mentorship, and meaningful networking opportunities.
Our Origin
Why It Started
Women In Tech Conf began with a simple observation, the representation of women in technology, especially across North India, was still limited.
We saw this as an opportunity to create a space where more women could explore, learn, and grow in the tech ecosystem. What started as an initiative to bring together like-minded individuals has now evolved into a growing community focused on empowerment, collaboration, and innovation.
With each edition, WIT Conf continues to grow, welcoming 500+ attendees every year, including students, professionals, and industry leaders. Through inspiring sessions, speakers, and meaningful interactions, we strive to build a stronger and more inclusive future in technology.

Early 2023
The Spark
The journey began with the first WIT event, bringing together 24 attendees and igniting the vision for a stronger women-in-tech community.
Late 2023
First Conference
The inaugural conference welcomed 550+ attendees, marking the beginning of WIT’s large-scale impact.
2023–24
Building the Community
WIT expanded its reach by connecting women from 50+ cities and collaborating with 15+ community partners.
2024
Growing the Impact
With more events, stronger collaborations, and a rapidly expanding network, WIT continued building meaningful opportunities in tech.
2025
WIT 2.0
The community scaled to 50+ cities with 550+ attendees, becoming one of the biggest women-in-tech events in North India.
