Our Origin
Why It Started
Women In Tech Conf began with a simple observation, the representation of women in technology, especially across North India, was still limited.
We saw this as an opportunity to create a space where more women could explore, learn, and grow in the tech ecosystem. What started as an initiative to bring together like-minded individuals has now evolved into a growing community focused on empowerment, collaboration, and innovation.
With each edition, WIT Conf continues to grow, welcoming 500+ attendees every year, including students, professionals, and industry leaders. Through inspiring sessions, speakers, and meaningful interactions, we strive to build a stronger and more inclusive future in technology.

Early 2023
The Spark
The Women in Tech Conference created to empower and connect students and professionals through innovation, mentorship, and networking.
In 2024
First Conference
The first women in tech conference welcomed 550+ attendees, marking the start of WIT’s large-scale impact, and we made it into one of the largest event in north India.
2024–25
Building the Community
WIT connected women across 50+ cities and collaborated with 15+ community partners.
2025
WIT 2.0
WIT grew across 50+ cities with 500+ attendees, becoming Stronger,Better,More Inclusive.
2025-26
Growing the Impact
Through more events and collaborations, WIT expanded opportunities and strengthened its tech community.
